We are suppliers of top quality Dexter breeding stock and have a small herd of red and black cows. We have been in the Dexter cattle business since 2004.

We are located near I-44 in Southwest Missouri just East of Springfield and about 45 minutes from Branson. We use our own ADCA Grand Champion sire, as well as some of the elite Dexter bulls of the world in our breeding program. From old, traditional bloodlines including Woodmagic to rare Brambledell Redberry Prince, we strive to produce the best representatives of the breed. These include a few “Heirloom” animals with the old time Dexter look as well as polled Dexters typical of a more modern small acreage cow.

We have found these sturdy little cattle to be eminently suitable for milk and meat production on a small acreage. We have shown our award winning cattle in local and national shows, including the American Dexter Cattle Association shows in Missouri, Texas, Colorado, Iowa, Tennessee and Oklahoma. Our sale calves are all halter broke and started to lead. We wean calves between 5 and 7 months, and all will be eating grain and hay. They will have their initial round of vaccinations, including deworming and all heifers are brucellosis tested. Red calves from a black cow are color tested. All our cows are PHA free by test and/or pedigree. Bull prospects are tested for chondrodysplasia, PHA, and DNA verified. Horned calves will be dehorned at buyers request. Additional testing can be arranged. We pay registration and transfer fees for 1 registry and supply a certificate of veterinary inspection for out of state buyers.
